Bede is the owner and founder of Precision CPA. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with a decade of tax and accounting experience. In addition to overseeing the firm’s operations, and directing it’s strategic initiatives, he is also on the board of a Michigan based non-profit assisted living company providing housing and specialized care services for individuals with special needs.
Bede graduated from the University of South Carolina with a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting in December 2007. He worked briefly as a Staff Accountant, and then took and passed the CPA exam in 2010. For the next 5 years he worked as a Financial Auditor for two of the top 10 accounting firms in the U.S. More recently, Bede worked for 3 years as a Senior Financial Consultant for the Defense Logistics Agency, a subsidiary of the U.S. Department of Defense. He then did a brief stint as a Finance Manager at Jones Lang LaSalle, a Fortune 500 company in the Commercial Real Estate industry, before deciding to concentrate on building his own firm full time.
Throughout his career, Bede has always helped family and friends establish and maintain the financials of their small businesses, including compliance with complex tax regulations.
Bede is an avid reader, loves to travel, and is a big superhero movies fan. He enjoys reading books on businesses, tax minimization strategies, entrepreneurship, history, and historical fiction. Bede’s mission with Precision CPA is to help individuals, especially small business owners, create and keep their wealth through implementation of tax and accounting related strategies.
Angela is a results driven, business minded professional with over 10 years of experience in business development and management. Her breadth of experience spans the Food Service, Real Estate Sales, and Property Management industries.
Angela graduated from Spokane Falls Community College in Washington State with an Associate Degree in Graphic Design. Prior to this, she owned and operated her own food service business which involved the management of the cafeteria operations of a major corporation in Spokane, WA. Some of her notable accomplishments in the food service industry were the winning of 3 federal contracts to manage the cafeteria at 2 regional IRS office buildings in Seattle, WA, and the cafeteria at the Federal building for the regional Defense Logistics Agency Headquarters (a subsidiary of the U.S. Department of Defense) in Battle Creek, MI.
Angela loves the challenge of growing a small business, and is comfortable wearing many hats to ensure that client needs and wants are met. She transitioned away from the food industry in 2017 to focus on the Real Estate and Finance industries, a dream she has held for a while.
Angela enjoys traveling, cooking, and volunteering her time caring for rescue animals. She also enjoys reading books on real estate, real estate investing, tax reduction, self improvement and finance.
Ada started out in the field of Environmental Sciences, and holds an advanced college degree in that discipline. She helps out the Precision Team on an as needed basis during our busiest time of the year. However, due to her emphasis on privacy, we are respecting her wishes not to disclose her detailed personal information any further.
